Unconditional Joy

excerpted from Making the Shift: Field Guide to the Emerging Consciousness, Volume 2
by Moriah Marston & the Tibetan

Joy—what a familiar word, and yet such an infrequent experience for most people. What has removed us from our joy? As we rush through life, we often don’t take the time to feel a deep and constant level of happiness. Some of us don’t even know how to recognize the experience of true joy. And many of us simply don’t trust it.

Are you ready for Unconditional Joy to be the essential background music to your life? Does this idea seem preposterous? If so, why?

Why do we condition ourselves to accept being just OK? Does the ceiling of OK give us enough “head room” for the crown chakra to expand and for our third eye to reach far vistas of possibility? We often feel crowded by life on the earthly plane, closed in by the dulling circumference of “not too bad.”

Many of us tend to unconsciously orient ourselves to the negative when scanning the personal barometer for our inner weather system. We assume that clouds, rain, sleet, hail will prevail over sunshine. It seems that clear skies in our psyches are usually crowded out by something “overcast” that blunts the brilliance of our birthright of Joy. So we slog through life forgetting to notice if we have fulfilled our joy potential. Instead we concentrate on just getting through the day and staying out of the clutches of depression, dread, emptiness, boredom and unhappiness.

Consequently, our innate measuring tools for Unconditional Joy have atrophied into feeble whispers that attempt to remind us of a state of profound well-being that seems to exist at an unreachable height. Instead we focus our perception of joy onto ephemeral moments of surface pleasures -- delicious while tasting but leaving a hollow, unfillable void. This void ultimately can only be satisfied by an extraordinary joy that is impervious to duality.

Unconditional Joy is so substantive that we can almost touch and taste it like sweet nectar. This Divine Delight has the power to propel us out of bed in the morning, immune to any painful emotional fallout from our dream state. Unconditional Joy extends our sense of possibility into the infinite –like an internal Rock of Gibraltar that steadies our soul on its extraordinary journey of evolution. Unfaltering Divine Joyance demonstrates the phenomenal way in which we are loved by Source and verifies the presence of angels who support our souls. Unconditional Joy’s mighty waterfall brings a smile to our face, even in challenging times, and trumpets a resounding YES that expands and sustains our life force. Our imagination is catalyzed; we are flooded with clear inner vision.

the NEW EASE FACTOR: Lightening the Load of Burdensome Living

Chapter excerpt from MAKING THE SHIFT: Field Guide to the Emerging Consciousness, by Moriah Marston:

How often do we do things the hard way? What are the areas of our lives that most present themselves as difficult? Does life have to be so hard? Are we divinely mandated to slog through life with the weight of the world on our shoulders? The Tibetan encourages us to lighten up. But our experience tells us that it’s not that easy— or is it?

How do we make life harder than it needs to be? We each have a unique way of adding unnecessary difficulty to our experience. We may not even be aware that we are doing it. Most of us unconsciously collude with the collective expectation that life on the earth plane is strenuous as we automatically charge our experience with problems.

We brace ourselves for life's challenges. This makes us tighten up which constricts the flow of boundless life force and prevents us from accessing the energy we need. We are capable of extraordinary abilities but only when our energy faucet is fully open. Otherwise we only tap into a trickle of energy, usually because we believe that’s all that is available. This leads us to assume that we have to provide the other 99% through sweat and struggle which causes us to contract through excessive efforting which further restricts the flow of life force. This makes everything so much harder and prevents us from experiencing a much richer existence.

It shortens our life to expend unnecessary levels of tension-based energy. We often walk around with subliminal or overt levels of fatigue. Some of us wonder if Source wants us to be broken by travail because we feel flattened by life beaten down by vicissitudes. Doing things the hard way takes up our entire day and exhausts our precious energy. There is very little juice leftover.

So we just go plop, strangely satisfied that in battling life’s rigors we have somehow fulfilled our responsibility as human beings. Therefore we don’t have to be held accountable for making larger choices in life, such as the commitment to move into greater consciousness. It is all we can do to just get through the day with some kind of amiable acceptance of this difficult walk on the planet. Supposedly this relieves us of the need to really grow and evolve. We are too spent to go to the next level.

Emotional Healing Sound Qigong
the inner alchemy of emotional transformation
by Zayne Marston

Stay close to any sounds that make you glad you are alive ~ Hafiz

Evolutionary tool and life raft for the turbulence of today

It’s hard to keep a good thing secret. I am moved to share about a powerful qigong ( chi kung, means energy practice) I’ve been learning called Five Organ Integrative Sound Healing Method; a practice of a system called Wisdom Healing (Zhineng) Qigong.  This magical practice is easy and flexible to perform and highly effective at dissolving energy blocks caused by chronic, limiting emotions.

What it would be like to have a self-healing tool that can help transform the roller coaster ride of emotions spawned from the past into a refined state of being that is positive, life affirming, and more reflective of our true nature?

Sound Healing Qigong uses the voice of sound, consciousness and feeling to make contact with and to deeply receive source energy that’s all around us—the Creative Force of Healing Light, in different language, the Holy Spirit —unseen by the naked eye, yet animating and permeating all life, within and without. Through vibration and focused intention, the sounds voiced by the practitioner neutralize discordant energy moving through the organs, which our brains perceive as emotion.

Personally, this rare and unique qigong has helped me with grief in particular—getting me through the dark night—having lost my beloved wife a year ago.  Through daily qigong practice and my willingness to embrace all feelings and face the dark night, I am transforming on many levels.

Anxiety, fear and heavy sorrow that sprang from my loss no longer plague me as they did. An effervescent joy, a love, a spring to my spirit, are bubbling up out of someplace deep inside me to fill the vacuum. What happened?

The Mystery

Chapter excerpt, Soul Searching with Djwhal Khul, the Tibetan by Moriah Marston ©2002

The Tibetan explores the Mystery:

The Mystery is the land of Great Secrets—cosmic puzzle pieces fitting together into the great Matrix that is Creation. To open to the mystery is to have a glimpse at the wonder that is held in the Unknowable. For it is in this Unknowable that all possibilities are held—unformed potentialities of the Divine. When students allow themselves to sit within the mystery, without struggle or defiance, a profound feeling of inner peace emerges. To know nothing is to experience everything.

The universe expresses itself through riddles that carry the Great Mystery like emissaries of the twilight dimension. It is in this dimension, where light merges into dark, that the mystery anchors itself into the human experience. At this profound point of contact with life-not-yet-manifest humankind is transfixed, momentarily released from the web of illusion emerging through the past which projects itself as the known.

The mystery is the gateway to go beyond time and space. It ushers in the eternal. As the student touches the mysterious, all is possible. CLICK READ MORE BELOW

The Evolving Nature of Death and Attachment

Chapter from MAKING THE SHIFT: Field Guide to the Emerging Consciousness by Moriah Marston and the Tibetan

The Tibetan teaches:

It’s time to meet the moment! What does that mean?  Even from the perspective of the Masters, this moment is enormous because it is a Grand Opening. This long-awaited Parting of the Veils requires a tremendous Cosmic Force to unbind the earthly plane from the encrustations that have enshrouded humankind and the earth. The veils that separate the dimensions have prevented humankind from experiencing CONTACT with all other realms of existence beyond the earthly plane.

Humankind has been so deeply invested in the illusion that it resides alone, cut off from all others in the Universe, that it has forgotten its place in the intergalactic family. In order to integrate multidimensional consciousness, students must release the false belief that the veils—the dimensional membranes—are too thick to penetrate. Humankind believes that the only way to access the other worlds is to transition from the physical plane. It relies on death as the portal of release from the earthly prison of disconnect. Often death comes as a welcome relief from humanity’s existential pain of isolation.

But death carries a sense of finality which convinces many people that nothing exists beyond the physical world. Most students, assuming that the limitations of the earthly plane are met by the limitations of death, have simply tried to make the best of their life’s experience by resigning themselves to a terribly limited opportunity for growth and soul exploration. The intense grief experienced by humankind includes not only physical loss of loved ones but also a subliminal mournfulness from an acute sense of restricted LOVE and CONNECTION. This emotional pain results from the density, an iron curtain, which has prevented access to the greater picture and the enormous vibration of Cosmic Love penetrating all corners of the Universe...READ MORE AND COMMENT CLICK BELOW

Answering the Higher Call

Chapter excerpt from EARTH SCHOOL: A Fresh Perspective on the Human Conditionby Moriah Marston ©2006

Call Waiting

Lately I’ve been feeling a distinctly potent Call from the higher planes. This Call carries a sense of urgency—ethereal, vague, and undecipherable. I wonder what I’m really tuning in to. Is this just a figment of my imagination? Or is something trying to get through to me, to us? The Tibetan urged me to write about the Call, interrupting our usual conversation with “Call waiting” from the Masters, trying to get our fully conscious attention.

How many of us feel a Call from the higher planes? Do we know how to respond to it? Is it discounted as simply mindless imagination? Are we embarrassed to admit that we may be electronically connected to higher frequencies that spark the synapses in our brain, hooked to some primal code established eons ago, to fire up just when the planet/ universe needs our attention?
